Richard Allen Graham Sr., 83, of Henrietta died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021, at Liberty Hospital.

Richard was born on Oct. 13, 1937, in Henrietta, the son of Jewell Edward and Bertha Margaret (Leach) Graham. He was united in marriage to Judy Carol Sinkhorn of Alma on June 6, 1959. She preceded him in death on Jan. 6, 1997.

Survivors include: four sons, Richard A. “Ricky” Graham Jr., Thomas (Kathy) Graham, Randy (Melanie) Graham and Steve (Tanya) Graham; a daughter, Bertha (Stanley) Mahurin; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, George Graham; a sister, Delores Swan; and his friend, Jo Ellen Spooner.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Judy K. Graham; and brother, Walter Graham.

Richard went to work at a young age as a farm hand and worked for several area farmers, including Simp Hamilton, Vandiver Farms, Artman Farms and Raasch Farms. He also worked for U.S. Granules in Henrietta. He enjoyed camping and shooting. He loved his pugs.

Private family services with inurnment will be in Todd’s Chapel Cemetery. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of the arrangements.
