Billy Charles Biggs, 84, of Rayville passed away Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, at Excelsior Springs Hospital. Billy was born July 23, 1941, in Okmulgee, Okla., the son of William “Willie” and Helen (Aldridge) Biggs. He was united in marriage to Lois Ann Milligan of Ray County on April 9, 1961. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Tommy Lee Biggs. Billy was raised and educated in the area of his birth and came to Missouri with his family at age 11. He began working for area farmer Chet Thompson before joining Ford Motor Co., where he dedicated 33 years and retired as a trainer.

He was a proud member of United Auto Workers Local No. 249. He also proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Billy was a faithful member of the Rayville Christian Union Church. An avid outdoorsman, he found great joy in fishing and tending to his garden. He was known for his kind heart, humble spirit and gentle nature, never having a bad word to say about anyone. Billy had many friends who will deeply miss his friendship and good company.
