Tuesday, September 26 At 11:54 a.m., Dennis Lee Simonton, 64, of Excelsior Springs, MO, was arrested for aggravated DWI.

At 1:49 p.m., Deron Lovis Marshall, 31, of Carrollton, MO, was arrested for possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – prior drug offense; 24-hour hold.

At 3:09 p.m., Wendy Gail Welling, 37, of Brookfield, MO, was arrested for domestic assault – 3rd degree.

At 4:37 p.m., Jody Ann Murphy, 46, of Kansas City, KS, was arrested for possession of controlled substance.

At 9:06 p.m., Leslie Allen Werst, 48, of Blue Springs, MO, was arrested for owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility; exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 20-25 MPH); possession of controlled substance; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – amphetamine or methamphetamine.
