Northland Coalition names hall of famer

RICHMOND – The Northland Coalition has inducted Christal Milligan into the Prevention Volunteer Hall of Fame. “Our Hall of Fame inductees have all given many years and hundreds of hours to support prevention efforts in our area,” Northland Coalition information states.
CHRISTAL MILLIAGAN is inducted into the Prevention Volunteer Hall of Fame as a result of spending many years as a champion for safeguarding the public.
