Wood Heights man James Wayne Woodruff Sr., who faces 11 felony charges including second- degree rape, will appear in circuit court Nov. 1. Woodruff, 68, was in court Tuesday with his defense attorney, James Lasalle. “We are on the record with four cases,” said Ray County’s Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori Baskins. “We are going to waive on four records.
