A Richmond woman has entered a not guilty plea on a felony charge of abuse or neglect of a child with no sexual contact. With no attorney by her side, JulieA. Sullivan, 38, appeared before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori J. Baskins last week. Sullivan was previously released on an ROR (release on recognizance) bond with the following conditions: appear in court when ordered, submit to all orders from the court, not commit any new offenses, not tamper with any witnesses or victims, regular reporting to Missouri Supervision Solutions LLC., abstain from possession or use of alcohol or any controlled substance without a prescription and comply fully with any and all conditions imposed by the court. Judge Baskins read the current allegations to Sullivan and advised her of her right to remain silent. “I would suggest you apply for a public defender as well,” Judge Baskins said.
