RICHMOND – Hardin-Central High School student Chandler Wheeler received a Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers Scholarship Fund awards scholarship. The son of Kent and Stephanie Wheeler, Hardin, Chandler Wheeler plans to seek a degree in agribusiness at Northwest Missouri State University. The scholarship is available to the children of the cooperative’s members. This year, the cooperative awarded 17 scholarships for a total of $15,000.
