RPD welcomes new officer
The Richmond Police Department (RPD) is excited to announce the addition of Officer Matthew Evans to its team.

Evans, 30, brings with him a wealth of experience, having served in both the military and law enforcement for several years. His extensive background equips him with unique skills and insights that will greatly benefit the community.
