Ray County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department.

Tuesday, August 25

At 2:34 a.m., Neil Allen Depriest, 37, of Orrick, Mo., was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child 2 nd degree; possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/ synthetic cannabinoid; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 4:16 p.m., Meda Carol Crist-Feldkamp, 52, of Polo, Mo., was arrested for DWI – persistent.

Wednesday, August 26 

At 11:40 a.m., Timothy Dale James, 54, of Richmond, Mo., was arrested for non-support – total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support.

At 11:47 a.m., John conway, 57, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender pursuant to 589.400-425.

At 4:39 p.m., Roger Dale Tabor, 39, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., was arrested for stealing - $750 or more; resisting arrest/detention/ stop by fleeing – creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any p…
