Ray County 911 Eastern District incumbents keep seats
Because only two candidates qualified — Incumbents Jimmy Carter and Chad Burnine — will keep their seats on the Ray County 911 Eastern District Board. However, the item will remain on the ballot.
“There are no qualifications for anyone running for a board,” said Ray County Clerk Heather Graff-Maulsby.
In order to give voters insight into the new board members and their views on important subjects, they responded to a questionnaire from Richmond News.
