finishing touches The layout for Spartan Ridge at Southview Park Disc Golf Course has been completed by Dynamic Discs and the City of Richmond. Completion of the course is planned for the end of September. Tee pads were poured last week by Don Jennings Construction LLC, an action approved by the board last month.
