McGaugh outlines legislative priorities in final term
The latest Capitol report from state Rep. Peggy McGaugh highlighted several pieces of legislation approved during the 2026 session while also reflecting on her final term in the Missouri House of Representatives.
McGaugh, who represents the 7th District covering part of Ray County along with Carroll, Linn and Livingston counties, used the recent report to discuss legislation involving election procedures, newspaper publication requirements and small business health plans while also thanking constituents for their support throughout her time in office.
“Serving the people of District 7 in the Missouri House of Representatives has been such an honor,” stated McGaugh. “During my final term in office, I want to take a moment to reflect on the good we accomplished together.”
