An idea from years ago gives opportunities to Ideal Industries Inc. (iii) employees and they are thrilled about it, according to iii CEO Heather Pugh. Ideal Bites food trailer opened Monday and the food truck will be available 11 a.m. through 1 p.m. every Monday with new lunch menus every week. “All of our employees have been ecstatic about the opportunity for Ideal Bites,” she said. “They love being able to work on the trailer and to support friends who are working on the trailer.” The idea came from iii Lead Supervisor Lisa Auer several years ago. “She came to me with the idea of a food trailer.
