Richmond City Council approved a bid addendum for roof repairs to the north side of the municipal building. The addendum was made to the bid received from CentiMark for “RFP 10-2020 City Hall Roof Repair” not to exceed $52,300 for the replacement of the north facade. Richmond City Administrator Tonya Willim asked council to execute the addendum. “The FY24 budget allocated $52,300.00 (35-0000-9020) Capital Improvements to have the north facade wall panel replaced on the north end of the Richmond City Municipal Complex,” said Willim. The area is connected to the city gym, and the current deteriorating condition of the wall is allowing water to leak into the restroom when heavy rain occurs, the city administrator stated. “Centimark has provided us with a detailed proposal on the project with pictures.
