Commissioners review county bridge project invoices
Ray County commissioners also approved multiple project invoices, reimbursement requests and equipment documents during recent meetings, including the following:
Myers Road bridge project — Commissioners approved multiple engineering and reimbursement documents connected to the replacement of Ray County Bridge #0170012 on Myers Road over Union Pacific Railroad. Documents included a reimbursement request to Mo-DOT-KC District totaling $5,699.35 for Progress Invoice No. 11 tied to a Great River Engineering LPA consultant services invoice totaling $6,249.29. Project documents note $120,931.88 had previously been billed. Commissioners also approved a separate reimbursement request totaling $2,384.90 for Progress Invoice No. 12. Project records listed total participating costs to date at $139,179.82, including $126,932 in federal funds, a $1,055.88 soft match and $11,191.94 in local matching funds.
