Bluebird Project donates $1,000 to school district

The Richmond R-XVI School District’s backpack program will receive a $1,000 donation from Missouri Farm & Home Mutual Insurance Company of Richmond. The money comes from Missouri Farm & Home Mutual Insurance Company’s Bluebird Project. “We absolutely hate to see such a need for our children, but we are so thankful that we have the ability to help. As a company, and as individuals, it pains us to see such a need in our local community, but we hope that our donations help with the needs and comfort of the children in need. We hope that it helps to spur others to help, as well,” said Missouri Farm & Home CEO Jimmy Carter. The Bluebird Project was established in 2020 as an effort to help Missouri children.
