Less than one week into summer training, Norborne Hardin-Central (NHC) varsity 8-man football coach Andrew Watson could see his Aggies were working to create a positive culture for the 2025 season.
Watson, who enters his fifth year leading the program, saw evidence of that during NHC’s first three days of weight training. “They’ve worked the hardest they’ve worked since I’ve been here,” Watson said.
Wide receiver/defensive back Kaden McGinnis, who’ll be a senior this fall at Hardin-Central, saw signs of a positive culture at camp in the way players supported one another.
“One guy misses a pass or fumbles a ball, they’re like, ‘Alright, cool and we’ll fix it next time,’” McGinnis said.
