LIBERTY – The percentages for new COVID-19 cases from last week to this week remains high for Clay and Ray counties, though the percentages are moderating for the state and nation, based on numbers released Thursday.
Richmond city program offers drainage grants to support work by property owners

RICHMOND – The city has created the Drainage Improvement Grant Program to help residents and businesses solve drainage problems on their property. Richmond designates a portion of the Transportation Tax Fund as a 50/50 grant to assist residential and commercial property owners who wish to replace broken or failing drainage tubes or install new drainage systems in the city’s right-of-way on their property.
