Orrick varsity girls basketball coach Jonathan Kinder shared some information with his Bearcats after their 35-26 victory Nov. 30 over visiting Southwest of Livingston County. The nonconference victory put the Bearcats at 2-1 entering the I-70 Conference Tournament this week in Concordia. Kinder told his girls their record through three games was the program’s best since the 2017-18 season. The Bearcats finished 22-3 that season, Missouri State High School Activities Association records state. “Any little thing that I can tell them and that … they can hold onto (and) be proud of, I want to tell them that,” Kinder said.
