The summer heat will soon fade as the air cools and the landscape bursts with vibrant reds, oranges and yellows. Fall is here and with it comes the much-anticipated harvest season—a time for celebration, gratitude and good old-fashioned fun. Something about autumn calls us outside, inviting us to embrace the beauty of nature’s transformation and participate in traditions that have marked this season for generations. During this season, there are numerous delightful activities for people of all ages. These include the timeless traditions of apple picking, exploring pumpkin patches, navigating through corn mazes and gathering around bonfires for warmth and companionship. One of the fall harvest season’s greatest gifts is its ability to unite people. The chaos of summer vacations is over, kids are settling into the school routine and the hectic pace of the holiday season has yet to begin.
