Led by junior Conner Teat, who won his 100th high school match, Richmond grappled at the Class 1 Sectional 3 boys wrestling tournament Feb. 27 at Lafayette County of Higginsville. Eight Spartans placed in the top three to punch their tickets for the Class 1 state boys wrestling tournament, slated for March 10 at Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence.
