Three residents are vying for the one available seat on the Ray County Hospital and Healthcare Board. The candidates — Gretchen “Bush” Edwards, Jessica McMillan and Justin Wrisinger. To give voters insight into the new board members and their views on important subjects, they responded to a questionnaire from Richmond News. “There are no qualifications for anyone running for a board,” said Ray County Clerk Heather Graff-Maulsby.
