Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has transferred escapee Justin Robinson, 39, to the Clay County Detention Center in Liberty from Tulsa, Okla., where he was being held following his arrest by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). Robinson was arrested at a Tulsa bus station by the USMS. The escapee had a shaved head, a neck brace to cover tattoos, a phone and a newly pressed shirt. Robinson waived extradition and was transferred to Missouri. Convicts Liam Olinger, 20, and Robinson escaped from the Ray County Jail on March 27. Olinger and Robinson were each charged with two felonies – escape or attempted escape from confinement with a deadly weapon and second-degree assault. Olinger is currently being held in Platte County. Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers said his office is paying nearly $65 per day to each holding center to house the inmates. Childers and Acting Special Agent in Charge of HSI Kansas City Taekuk Cho escorted Robinson from the vehicle into the booking room. …
