City Rotarians install anniversary clock

As the Richmond Rotary Club celebrates their one hundredth year anniversary, local residents may have noticed the new rotary clock in the park at 122 W. North Main St. The clock was presented to the community by the rotarians as a centennial service project and in dedication to their one-hundredth year. “Several years ago, Rob Swafford came into a meeting and ran by the clock idea,” said Rotarian and Grant Chair Becky Treccariche. “ Connie Taylor and I went to Tonya Willim and we wrote a grant.” Treccariche explained the clock was a big partnership between the Rotary Club and the City of Richmond. “It is so beautiful,” Richmond Area Chamber Director Renee Kellerman said about the clock. “I went walking in the park and kept looking at it.
