Special Needs Services (SNS) of Ray County is making some noise with its upcoming fundraiser, a Community At Play (CAP) golf tournament at the Hidden Valley Golf Course located in Lawson at 8 a.m. April 28. Although the tournament has been free to enter for the past eight years, SNS Director Suzan Breen said because a new building is needed, there will be an $400, four person team entry fee this year. There are sponsorship packages available as well. The new facility, which will be near Lexington and Camden Street near downtown, will be approximately 10,000 square feet and have three connecting buildings, Breen said. Phase one begins with the areas in the building including a vendor pod, administrative workspace, vestibule, community building, storage and garage areas.
