The Miss Ray County Scholarship Pageant will return to the historic Farris Theatre at 7 p.m. on June 21 to showcase local talent, ambition and community pride. The doors open at 6 p.m. for the annual celebration of Ray County’s young women, with admission set at $15. Children 5 and under are free. The evening will include performances by local artists and a variety of raffle items, creating a festive atmosphere for families and supporters. “We would like to encourage attendance by Ray County residents in support of our Ray County girls,” said Miss Ray County Director Lisa Reed. The event highlights the accomplishments and ambitions of local young women competing for scholarships and recognition.
