MARSHALL – Senior Zane Renfro looked forward to the Spartans wrestling Jan. 8 in a boys tournament at Marshall. “It’s a tournament I think our team will do … (well) at,” Renfro said Jan. 6. The Spartans did well enough to win the team title with 200.5 points – 36.5 points ahead of runner-up Brookfield, the same team that had edged Richmond for a team title in December at a dual tournament in Lexington. Conner Teat, Elijah Sanders and Hayden Happy led Richmond to victory, winning the division titles at 132, 145 and 195 pounds, respectively.
