Linda Scheible

Linda Ruth Scheible, 81, of Richmond passed away peacefully Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.

Linda was born Jan. 20, 1943, in Carrollton, the beloved daughter of Harold E. and Mildred (Fordham) Stewart.

She was united in marriage to Wayne E. Scheible of Norborne on June 2, 1961. He survives of the home.

Additional survivors include two sons, Michael (Traci) Scheible of Liberty and Mark (Tanya) Scheible of Richmond; two granddaughters, Olivia Scheible and Ava Scheible; and a brother, John E. Stewart of Carrollton.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Linda was a 1961 Carrollton High School graduate. She dedicated many years to working for Richmond Commercial Printing.

Linda enjoyed going to thrift stores, garage sales and traveling. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many.

Linda was an active member of Beta Sigma Phi. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. May she rest in eternal peace.

Funeral services were scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Private interment was to be in Richmond Memory Gardens.
