Community Bank of Missouri marks 25 years of local growth

What began with a card table, chair, yellow pad and a phone has grown into one of Richmond’s longest- standing locally-owned financial institutions.
Now celebrating 25 years, Community Bank of Missouri leaders say the same mission that launched the bank remains in place: keep decisions local, invest in area families and businesses, and build relationships that last.
That mission traces back to the bank’s earliest planning days, when organizers saw an opening in Richmond for a locally-owned institution focused on the community it served. Community Bank of Missouri was chartered in Richmond in 2001.
