Aldermen election to draw three for two seats
Voters will choose two of three candidates for the Orrick Board of Aldermen in the April 7 municipal election.
The candidates are James Smith, Amy Mc-Nary and Nicholas Harris.
To provide voter insight, Richmond News asked all candidates to respond to several questions. However, Smith and McNary did not respond after attempts to contact using phone numbers provided by the Ray County Clerk’s Office.
Harris, 39, is a longtime Orrick resident and works for Mastercard Technology. He has more than 13 years of experience in enterprise operations and technology, serving as a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer. He is also a military veteran who began service in 2009 and has been actively involved in local matters, including attending meetings, reviewing ordinances and advocating for consistent application of city policies.
