Bond modified in domestic assault case
A Hardin man has been released from custody after a judge modified his bond conditions in a case involving domestic assault charges.
Noah S. Bowman, 28, is charged with five felonies, including four counts of third-degree domestic assault and first-degree harassment.
Bowman recently appeared before 43rd Circuit Court Judge J. Bartley Spear Jr., who approved a bond modification setting release at $10,000 cash or surety. On March 2, four days later, Bowman posted the bond and was released from the Ray County Jail.
He will appear for a criminal setting hearing at 9 a.m. on March 20.
According to the complaint filed by Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Camille Johnston, the range of punishment for each class E felony is imprisonment in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term of years not less than one year and not to exceed four years; or by imprisonment for a special term not to exceed one year in the county jail or other authorized penal institution; or by a…
