Humanex results highlight culture gains across Richmond schools
Richmond’s building leaders spent November outlining the district’s internal climate, student progress and day-to-day operations, presenting Humanex survey results and a series of department and building updates that showed where staff feel strong momentum and where work remains. Their reports provided a detailed picture of how teachers and support staff view communication, recognition, materials, teamwork and overall workplace satisfaction, with most buildings showing improvements in several areas.
