Ray Rocks outdoor recreation and entertainment cleared another hurdle as officials granted renewal of its conditional use permit, despite concerns over construction delays and an unfinished septic system. The site, located on the north side of Highway 10 on roughly 460 acres in Sections 17 through 20 of Township 52, Range 28, came before the board for its third annual review. Members noted progress but also addressed questions about the timeline for a Department of Natural Resources–regulated septic system.
