Part two highlights the reflections and recovery stories of the 38th graduating class. Four Ray County residents stood before a courtroom filled with supporters, not to face sentencing, but to celebrate a second chance. The recent graduation ceremony honored D’Andre Williams, Landon Dickey, Randy Estenbaun and Ashley Roth – the 38th class to complete the Ray County Drug Court program. Each graduate shared ways treatment, accountability and community support reshaped their lives.
