Ray County Hospital and Healthcare is taking a fresh approach to its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and leaders are asking residents and business owners to share their thoughts on local healthcare services by mid-August. The hospital is building on the foundation laid in its 2022 CHNA, using the same core methodology while updating survey questions to better capture community perspectives. Feedback from those who completed the previous survey will be included in this new round of research. “Your feedback and suggestions regarding current community health delivery are especially important to collect in order to complete this comprehensive report,” said Interim CEO Earl Sheehy. In collaboration with other area healthcare providers, Ray County Hospital aims to identify progress made on needs first highlighted in 2016, 2019 and 2022 reports while gathering new insights to guide future strategies.
