Part one focused on early education, childcare and family support services, including Early Head Start, Head Start and SkillUP. In addition to its early education programs, Missouri Valley Community Action Agency (MVCAA) provides critical support for families in Ray County through energy assistance, home weatherization and partnerships that help meet basic needs.
