Community invited to share health needs

Following a leadership shake-up at Ray County Hospital and Healthcare, the organization is seeking community input on local health needs through a new survey designed to inform services and resources for years to come. The hospital’s board of trustees recently placed CEO Jeff Bloemker on administrative leave and appointed Earl Sheehy as interim CEO. Sheehy is no stranger to the role, having previously led the hospital from 2014 to 2022. Bloemker also serves as the 2025 president of the Missouri Hospital Association’s North District Council.
