ONE MORE TIME Kaylee King and Jacob Johnson will represent Richmond High School one more time in track and field before attending the University of Central Missouri and Pittsburg (Kan.) State University, respectively. King and Johnson, who graduated recently, will compete at Class 3 state competition, slated for Friday and Saturday at Jefferson City. King will compete in the girls long and triple jumps. Johnson will compete in the boys triple jump. The two graduates secured their spots at state by placing in the top four at Class 3 Sectional 4 competition May 17 at Archie. King won the triple jump by leaping 11.22 meters and took third in the long jump by leaping 4.76. With her state-qualifying finishes, she helped the Richmond girls tally 38 points and place seventh among 21 schools. Johnson won the triple jump, leaping 13.9. Johnson was among four qualifiers for the Richmond boys, who placed ninth among 24 schools with 30 points. Brice Dome, Malikiah Tharp and Nathan Nichols …
