JASON COCHRAN As a single guy, I have developed a real passion for good food. I love exploring new restaurants, whether they are trendy spots that have just opened up or hidden gems that locals rave about. There’s something exciting about discovering unique cuisines and flavors that I have never tried before. At the same time, I also enjoy revisiting my favorite eateries around town, where I feel a sense of familiarity and comfort in the menu and ambiance. One of the things I appreciate most is that I am completely at ease dining out by myself; it allows me to savor my meals and enjoy the experience on my own terms without any distractions. If you’re feeling self-conscious about dining alone, let me shed some light on common experiences of solo diners. Many people worry about being judged or believe that others will pity them, but that’s simply not the case.
