Northwest Gymnastics recently participated in the 22nd Chow’s Winter Classic held at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines, Iowa. Competing at the Xcel Platinum and Diamond levels of USA Gymnastics, our gymnasts showcased their talents against tough competition. Xcel Platinum team member Logan Chapman (Lawson) earned a silver medal on the beam, demonstrating exceptional skill. Kiera McClure (Cowgill) made a strong showing as well, tying for 3rd in the all-around and taking home bronze medals on both the beam and bars. Sophia Grider (Cameron) also shined, bringing home a bronze on bars. Each of these athletes displayed remarkable poise and skill throughout the competition, which not only highlights their individual abilities but also contributes to the overall growth of our gymnastics team.
