Richmond woman charged with child endangerment

A Richmond woman pled not guilty in Ray County Court following her arrest on a felony charge involving a child. Jenna M. Fisher, 20, was charged with felony first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, creating substantial risk and no sexual conduct. Additionally, she is facing three misdemeanor charges, including driving while intoxicated with a person less than 17 years of age in the vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license. Fisher recently entered a plea of not guilty before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court, Judge Lori J. Baskins accompanied by her private attorney, William J. Greim.
