The Richmond R-XVI School District’s backpack program received a $3,000 donation from the Missouri Farm and Home Mutual Insurance Company of Richmond’s Bluebird Project. “We absolutely hate to see such a need for our children, but we are so thankful that we have the ability to help,” said Missouri Farm and Home CEO Jimmy Carter. “As a company, and as individuals, it pains us to see such a need in our local community but we hope our donations help with the needs and comfort of the children in need.
