Boelson honored for decades-long career

Harold A. Boelson, a cornerstone of Midwest Preferred Mutual Insurance Company (MPMIC) has been honored in a fitting and lasting way after nearly six decades of dedicated service. At 95 years old, Boelson, who has served on the MPMIC Board of Directors since January 1, 1965, witnessed and helped shape the organization’s evolution over the years. To commemorate his unparalleled contributions, State Representative Terry Thompson presented him with a resolution from the Missouri House of Representatives. MPMIC also announced the renaming of its annual scholarship program to the Harold A. Boelson – Midwest Preferred Mutual Insurance Scholarship. This program has supported countless students in their pursuit of higher education and will now honor Boelson’s lifelong commitment to fostering growth and opportunity.
