This year’s Thanksgiving Food Drive was a remarkable success and highlighted the power of collective kindness. Organized by Richmond News, area residents filled the red truck boxes with nonperishable food donations to support families in need and to ensure they could prepare a Thanksgiving meal. The boxes were placed at Flat Branch Bank, Ideal Industries, Missouri Farm and Home, Northstar Wellness, Oswald Crow, Ray County Hospital and Healthcare, Ray County Library, Bob’s Collision and Richmond News.
