Carter honored at retirement ceremony
Richmond Fire Department (RFD) Captain Karl Carter has announced his retirement after dedicating over three decades to the safety and well-being of the Richmond community.
Missouri State Representative Terry Thompson honored Carter by presenting a resolution during a recent ceremony. The resolution acknowledged Carter's 34 years of dedicated service to the fire department and the community, celebrating his numerous contributions and the positive influence he has had on both his colleagues and the citizens of Richmond. The ceremony highlighted not only Carter's professional achievements but also the legacy of compassion and leadership he leaves behind.
