CAP clothing drive in full swing

As the holiday season approaches each year, families around the globe engage in joyful traditions, preparing for Christmas by exchanging gifts, decorating their homes, and spending cherished time together. The warmth of the season brings a sense of togetherness and celebration. However, for many residents of nursing homes, the reality of this festive time can be vastly different, often characterized by feelings of isolation and loneliness. For the elderly individuals residing in these facilities, visits from family members can be infrequent or, in some cases, entirely impossible due to distance, health issues or other circumstances. Those who lack family connections or whose loved ones live far away may feel particularly forgotten as the holiday lights twinkle and joyful songs fill the air.
