Meet area 4-H Council Officers
The Ray County 4-H Council meets quarterly at the county extension office. Each club has the opportunity to have two voting members and two voting adults representing their club at each meeting. It is recommended that each club choose members and adults to represent their club for a full 4-H year. These club representatives should report news from the council meeting at the next club meeting following the council meeting.
Dantin McBee of Excelsior Springs, MO is a member of the Millville 4-H club. He has been in 4-H for six and a half years. to join in along with discussing ideas for the fair. By being the President for the Ray County board it has given me the chance to work on leadership and working alongside other members from different clubs. “ “My favorite part about 4-H is Shooting sports. I have shot .22 rifle, Archery and shotgun. Archery is my favorite and I have loved every minute of competing at the county and state level.”
