Republicans Kurtis Gregory and Doug Richey seek to represent District 21 in the general election in November. The Richmond News asked the candidates a series of questions. BACKGROUND Gregory: 37 of Marshall, has a Santa Fe Alma, MO, bachelor’s degree and a general agriculture Mizzou master’s degree. He is currently a farmer Richey: 51, of Excelsior Springs, has a B.S.B.A. in finance and economy, an M.A., M.Div., Th.M, and a D.Min for education.
