Gold, May vying for U.S. Representative seat

Democrats Rich Gold and Pam May seek to become the democrat nominee for U.S. Representative District six in the November’s general election. The Richmond News asked each candidate a series of questions.

BACKGROUND Gold: 49, of Mexico, has an associate of arts and is a retired veteran as well as a hotel owner.

May: 65, of St. Joseph, graduated from Maryville R-II High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science in music education from Northwest Missouri State University. She is currently retired, but primarily worked as a legal secretary, with her longest tenure being with Legal Aid of Western Missouri.
