After approving a 24-hour New Year’s ride on Dec. 31 for Ray Rocks Offroad Resort (RROR) Owners Devin Wilmoth and Marianne D’Amato, the Ray County Commissioners amended Dec. 14 minutes for clarification. “The commission will amend the minutes for Dec. 14. All special events will be placed on the agenda for anything that falls outside their conditional use parameters. They will need a caseby- case approval from the commission for each 15 events. No side-by-side racing only timed during approval special events. RROR will need to follow conditional use unless approved by the commission on special events,” read the amended minutes.
